Brandon is a Certified Food Scientist with a B.S. Food Science from Brigham Young University, and years of experience from Mars Chocolate North America to B2B specialty ingredients manufacturers. He serves on the board of the American Association of Candy Technologists, and presents on improving product design and maximizing shelf life through hard science and a little black magic.
