Nice to meet you,

I began my professional career as a product developer contributing to Mars Chocolate’s Seasonal & Innovation portfolio for M&M’s, SNICKER’S, and TWIX bars. While my professional roots are confectionery, my food science capabilities expanded across a breadth of meat alternatives, flavor development, natural preservatives, and NA beverages. I'm a graduate of BYU Food Science and member of the Institute of Food Technologist (IFT), Professional Manufacturing Confectioners Association (PMCA), and the American Association of Candy Technologist (AACT).
